Le Sciare Primitivo Evita is a beautiful red wine gem from Cantine Due Palme in Puglia. Cantine Due Palme is a cooperative winery based in Cellino San Marco / Salento, deep in the heart of Puglia, the southerly heel of the Italian peninsula. Founded in 1989 by Angelo Maci, Cantine Due Palme has grown over the years up to 400 growers – carefully selected on the grounds of their owning old vines situated in premium sites. With over 2400 Ha of total vineyard holdings disseminated across the region’s foremost appellations, Cantine Due Palme offers a comprehensive lineup of classic Apulian wines made from native varietals.

Le Sciare Primitivo Evita is a big, rich red wine for lovers of Zinfandel, a relative of Primitivo. A deep purple color reveals a wine with a fresh, purple nose of dark black fruits. Lush in the mouth, the wine is fruit driven with very good acidity and light tannins.
