Valduero Reserva Ribera del Duero 2007 is a gorgeous Spanish red wine gem receiving a Gold Medal Zarcillo award. Very limited!

Stephen Tanzer’s IWC rated this wine 91 points: “(raised for 24 months in American oak): Vivid ruby. Cherry-vanilla, mulberry and smoky oak on the nose. Juicy and sweet, offering pliant red and dark berry flavors complicated by vanilla and peppery spices. The gently tannic finish features a bitter cherry skin note and lingers with good energy and sweetness.” This wine should last through at least 2025.
