Minimum Legal Age:

You must be at least 21 years old to order wine online and receive wine delivery. Once our wine license is approved, proof of age will be required on your order form and may be requested upon delivery. If you will not be home, we encourage you to have wine delivered to your office or to a neighbor who is over 21.

Shipping Information:

Minimum online purchase is $45, excluding shipping and sales tax. Most orders ship within 24 hours. FedEx shipping time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on destination. Because FedEx requires us to use Adult Signature Required for shipments to residential addresses, it may be more convenient to use a business address for delivery.

We quote real-time shipping rates from the FedEx rate table, with no mark-up. You will only be charged what we pay FedEx to deliver your order.

As soon as your order ships via FedEx, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx with your tracking info. You can track your package directly online at www.fedex.com. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange a delivery/pick-up time with FedEx when an Adult Signature is Required. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to sender. The customer is responsible for all shipping and re-shipping expenses.

Free local delivery in Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Harrison, Rye, Scarsdale, New Rochelle, Pelham and Bronxville, NY. Free pick-up of your order is available at our retail store in Bronxville, NY. Wine Gems is located in the Chester Heights neighborhood of southern Westchester just off Exit 10 of the Cross County Parkway at 495 New Rochelle Road. We're at the corner of New Rochelle Road and Parkway Plaza, across from Elia Taverna and J&G Deli & Market.

Store Hours:

Monday thru Thursday 1:30pm - 8pm

Friday 1:30pm - 9pm

Saturday 11am - 8pm

Sunday 12pm - 8pm

Sales Tax Rates:

We ship FOB from our Bronxville, NY facility, where title passes to the purchaser. No sales tax is charged on orders shipping outside of New York. We collect NY sales tax on all orders shipped in New York. For orders shipped within New York state, the tax rate is 8.0% except to NYC (8.875%) and Westchester County (8.375%).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you decide to cancel your order, let us know immediately via e-mail or phone. Unless your order has already shipped, no cancellation fee will apply. If FedEx must return your package, you will be charged the cost of return shipping.

Once you accept delivery, if a bottle is found to be corked or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 90 days of the original purchase date to arrange for replacement or refund.

WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ABLE TO SHIP WINE ORDERS TO THE FOLLOWING STATES:

ALABAMA, KENTUCKY, MISSISSIPPI, NEW HAMPSHIRE OR UTAH.

WE DO HOWEVER SHIP STEMWARE AND ACCESSORIES TO EACH OF THESE STATES.

We do not ship outside the US at this time. Please note that FedEx will generally not deliver to a PO Box address--we must have a physical delivery address.

We must rely on our customers for correct delivery information. If you realize the address you've given us is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible! If we have not yet shipped the package, we will gladly make the correction. If we are notified of an error after the package is released to FedEx and before delivery, we will need to recall the package and hold the customer responsible for a $14.99 per case FedEx return shipping charge. We can then re-ship the package to the corrected address, subject to normal shipping charges.

All products are sold FOB our wine warehouse and title passes to the buyer in New York state, where local sales tax applies. Wine Gems and Perriello's Cantina, LLC, make no representation to the legal rights of the buyer to ship or import wines into any other state, and the buyer is solely responsible for shipment. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Charges for shipping wine will be applied to all orders.

Delivery to most destinations within 1 to 5 days of placing order. We use FedEx Ground for most shipments.

Severe heat and cold can put our wines at risk during transit. At our discretion, we may choose to delay certain shipments during certain months, pending improved weather conditions. Please let us know if your order must arrive by a particular date. We stand behind our products and will re-ship at our expense, if necessary.
