Shebang! Red Thirteenth Cuvee is a true red wine gem from one of the best wineries in Sonoma, Bedrock Wine Company. This is a delicious blend that is spicy and full bodied. It's a fun wine that is perfect for everyday drinking but also has some serious pedigree. The base for Shebang! Comes from 100+ year-old vines from the Bedrock Vineyard. Robert Parker calls it one of his top 3 best value reds, scoring the Seventh Cuvee 88 points: “a high-octane, delicious/yummy, big, full-bodied red with lots of pepper and meaty notes intermixed with red and black fruits, earth, and spice. I believe some of the declassified lots from the Bedrock cuvées also end up in this blend. A terrific bargain, it should drink well for several years.”

Shebang! Red Thirteenth Cuvee is a red blend of mostly Zinfandel blended with Carignane, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Alicante Bouchet, Grenache, Syrah, Barbera and a touch of whites for aromatics--sourced from several old vine vineyards throughout Sonoma County. The winemaker is Morgan Twain-Peterson, son of Joel Peterson and a recently awarded Master of Wine. Morgan chose to make the wine a multi-vintage, multi-varietal blend in order to maintain quality at a terrific price point. This wine provides delicious drinkability and is sure to be a jugernaut of a wine! This cuvee was aged in a combination of stainless steel (85%) and French oak (15%.)
