Bare Winemakers Single Vineyard Close Planted Pinot Noir Limestone Coast is our newest red wine discovery from Down Under! Bare, in its most fundamental, means laid out for all to see. That’s the joy of these wines. The Bare Winemakers celebrates wines made in a ‘less is more’ fashion by artisan winemakers from celebrated South Australian regions including Adelaide Hills and the Limestone Coast. These wines are made from single vineyards in small production with minimal SO2 by Jasper Ryan (Chardonnay) and Antoine Schurr (Pinot Noir).
Bare Winemakers Single Vineyard Close Planted Pinot Noir Limestone Coast is garnet in color with light/medium body, red fruit and lip-smacking texture characteristic of Aussie Pinot Noir. It offers ripe plums, strawberry and cranberry, as well as leather, and spice. Already charming in its youth, this wine will continue to evolve with age. The finish is long and smooth, showing the unique minerality of the Limestone Coast terroir.

Scotland THE BALVENIE Caribbean Cask AGED 14 YEARS Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish, Malt Master David Stewart filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums. When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish. TASTING NOTES NOSE Rich, sweet and creamy toffee on the nose combines with fresh fruit notes TASTE Rounded with vanilla and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time FINISH Soft and lingering

Ultimate Beverage Challenge 90 points - This incredibly dense whisky pours a coloring approaching black. The nose is a pungent ode to the earthy qualities of the blue corn from which it is made but the palate yields a bit of sweetness thanks to the subtle influence of wood vanillin. - 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.April/2018
The First legal Texas whisky since Prohibition, this is a highly awarded aged corn whisky. Made from 100% roasted artisanal blue corn, this particular varietal adds a unique nuttiness and freshness to this well-balanced spirit. Aged in new American oak barrels that have been lightly charred so as to not over-oak the whisky but rather accentuate the blue corn’s unique flavor qualities. Never any chill filtering or caramel coloring.
Baby Blue is the first blue corn whiskey made in Texas. It marries refined complexity with the freshness and verve of a traditional corn whiskey. (92º) Made from 100% roasted Hopi blue corn, the kernels are roasted, distilled twice and briefly aged in small oak barrels this imparts a slightly sweet, nutty richness that is entirely unique. Baciami Albana Romagna is a delightful sweet white wine from the Romagna region of Italy. Le Rocche Malatestiane is a wine cooperative that was partially formed by two existing wineries joining forces in 1994. The co-op is named after the Malatesti family who played an important role in Rimini history. The expertise of 12 hundred members, as well as well tended 2,200 acres of vineyards, makes this co-operative the excellent winery it is today.
In Italian, "Baciami" means "Kiss me" and what could be more appropriate than the "kiss" of this sweet little wine, a wine that has quite a history. According to the story, when the Roman Princess Galla Placida first tasted this in AD 382, she declared that this wine was so smooth it "should be drunk in gold." But that was then. Today, Albana di Romagna is one of precious few wines to be awarded DOCG status by Italian wine authorities. So we'd say: if you don't have a gold cup to drink it in, don't worry - a simple wine glass will do just as well!
The perfect match to the same winery's Adesso Cagnina sweet red, Baciami is a sweet white with pleasing ripe fruit, aromas and flavors. It is long and silky smooth on the finish and easy to love with only 10% alcohol!
Enjoy Baciami Albana Romagna with pasta, chicken cutlet, mild cheeses, fruit or dessert.

The Damson Plum (Prunus Damascena) originated in ancient Persia and spread throughout Europe in the middle ages, making its way to North America with early settlers. The Damson is the tartest and spiciest of all plums. Historically famous in jams, brandy and gin, these small, crimson plums have become rare, losing popularity to larger and sweeter cultivated varieties.
Our Damson Gin Liqueur is made just after New York State's autumn harvest. The plums are barrel pressed to extract the juice along with the rich color of the skins, then blended with a small batch American gin. The result is an exceptionally bold and bright liqueur, delicious in classic fizzes.

Maule Valley, Chile
Vinous 92 points! Wine Advocate 92 points!
Andes Plateau Cota 500 Chardonnay is a beautiful mountain Chardonnay from the Maule Valley of Chile. Andes Plateau in the Maule valley of Chile is a family winery centered on their passion for mountain wines! The husband-and-wife team of Felipe Uribe and Maite Hojas had their first harvest in 2012. Maite worked as a winemaker for Santa Helena. Felipe has worked in Chile for several top wineries including Santa Helena, De Martino, Miravalle and William Fevre in the Maipo. He has also worked in the US at La Crema in Sonoma Valley. It was at William Fevre that Felipe fell in love with the vineyards in the Andes mountains and the distinctive wines that this rugged and extreme terroir can produce. So when he and Maite decided to take the plunge to start their own winery, it had to be in the mountains. Few, in Chile, risk working in the mountains because of the frost…but Felipe and Maite clearly believe the reward outweighs the risk.
The Andes Plateau vineyards are at an average of 560 meters elevation in the Maule up against the Andes mountains. The Chardonnay is planted above 500 meters in elevation. The yield is 1.8 kg/plant. The vines are 20 + years old, set in alluvial soil transported by the local rivers so it contains gravel, sand and silt. Practicing organic and all work is done by hand. Whole cluster fermentation without SO2. Native yeasts used and the lees maintained. Depending on the vintage the wine will age in used French barrels (500L) for no more than 6 months.
“The 2022 Chardonnay Cota 500 hails from the Maule Andes and was fermented cloudy. A pale yellow in hue, the nose presents notes of pear and linden-blossom with hints of citrus. In the mouth it’s mildly fatty with malic grip and moderate, slightly concentrated tension before the lime-infused finish.”—Vinous, 92 points!

South Africa
Amarula is a cream liqueur from South Africa made from the fruit of the Marula tree. The Marula tree only only grows in the warm, frost-free regions of subequatorial Africa, and is a sacred part of ancient African culture and ritual. It also plays an important role in nourishment for animals, sometimes nicknamed ”The Elephant Tree” because elephants will travel for miles to feast on its wild fruit. Like elephants, Marula trees are protected under South African law. Once each year, at the height of summer, the Marula trees bear their unique fruit. When the ripe, sweet scent fills the air, harvest begins. Members of local communities are an integral part of the process, carefully picking the fruit by hand and extracting the highly sought-after pulp.
To make Amarula cream liqueur, the fruit is fermented and double-distilled, then matured for two years in French oak casks before it’s blended with fresh cream and bottled. Smooth and rounded, this rich liqueur exhibits sweet, nougaty caramel notes and a subtle citrus aroma. It’s full-bodied and creamy with hints of mango, vanilla and caramel.
Wonderful served over ice, it can also be enjoyed with coffee or as a cocktail ingredient.

They returned powerfully impressed by the potential of Malbec in the Mendoza appellation. Later that year they purchased 216 hectares of vineyards in Lujàn de Cuyo, and Altos Las Hormigas was born. The estate’s success story continues with this new vintage. Wine & Spirits reported in April 2010 that Altos Las Hormigas Malbec is the #2 most popular Argentine wine in US restaurants. Winemakers are Alberto Antonini and Attilio Pagli.
“The red 2020 Malbec Clásico was produced with 80% grapes from Luján de Cuyo and 20% grapes from Valle de Uco, mostly their own grapes, all in stainless steel and vinified by plot with their native yeasts. It matured in concrete for nine months. It's ripe without excess and develops a full array of aromas and flavors but keeping 13.5% alcohol, very fresh for the warm year. Altos Las Hormigas Appellation Gualtallary Malbec is an outstanding red wine gem from Argentina. In 1995, Alberto Antonini, a well-known Tuscan winemaker, and Antonio Morescalchi, a young entrepreneur, took a trip to visit the major viticultural areas of Argentina. They returned powerfully impressed by the potential of Malbec in the Mendoza appellation. Later that year they purchased 216 hectares of vineyards in Lujàn de Cuyo, and Altos Las Hormigas was born!
“The site-specific 2018 Malbec Appellation Gualtallary comes from specific soils, two plots that they believe transmit the maximum expression of limestone to Malbec, giving a structured wine with fine-grained tannins but a little wild. The vines are on stony and gravelly soils with a high percentage of limestone and sand with around 3% clay at 1,300 meters in altitude. The grapes fermented in small concrete vats with indigenous yeasts at some 25 degrees Celsius for 15 days. It matured in untoasted 3,500-liter French oak foudres for 18 months and no less than 12 months in bottle. This comes from sandy soils and very low yields that give it chalkier tannins and a savage way. This has a slightly rustic touch, vertical and with some lightness. There's always a fresh touch of aromatic herbs (thyme and rockrose), with a textured palate and very tasty and clean flavors in the finish. 20,600 bottles were filled in September 2019.”—Luiz Gutierrez, Wine Advocate, 97 points!

Girls Call The Shots! Hi, I’m Kat. I created 21 SEEDS because it’s what I wanted to drink – something smooth, simple, and casual with a fresh, natural flavor that made drinking infused tequila as approachable as a glass of wine. Before it was a brand it was just a couple of bottles infused in my kitchen with things I had on hand. Cucumbers, jalapeños, oranges, and grapefruit all worked in flavored tequila cocktails, so why not just add them straight to the tequila?
“21Seeds offers award-winning tequila that is infused with the ripest hand-picked fruits. Not to mention gluten-free ingredients and keto-friendly. This means that there are zero artificial sweeteners so you can avoid that dreaded morning hangover. It’s super flavorful, making it perfect for a weekend spent outdoors or an after-work drink. Best of all, it's as sippable as a glass of wine, but only half the calories, so you don't have to give up your favorite relaxation technique.”— JESS R.
VALENCIA ORANGE The combination of Blanco tequila and real oranges in Valencia Orange creates a smooth infusion with bright orange notes without being sweet. A tropical easy to use tequila perfect for summer cocktails. Enjoy on the rocks, with club soda as a delicious spritz at only half the calories of a glass of wine, or in a low-calorie Margarita.
