"A creamy, forward style, with a core of warmed raspberry and boysenberry preserves infused liberally with mocha and melted licorice. Shows a late flicker of chaparral. This is meant for near-term hedonism. Drink now through 2034.” — JM, Wine Spectator, 91 points!

Since its founding in 1972, Caymus has become renowned as a consistent leader in the production of Napa Valley Cabernet. Cahors, France
Chateau Combel-la-Serre Cahors “Le Pur Fruit du Causse” is a beautiful red of 100% Malbec from Cahors in southwest France—the birthplace of Malbec (known locally as Auxerrois.) Julien Ilbert is a young, charismatic vigneron with a fresh perspective on his native Cahors. Vines have been in the Ilbert family for generations, though grapes had always been sold to the local cave coopérative. In 2005, Château Combel-la-Serre was born. 25 hectares of Auxerrois are planted on a diverse amount of terroirs, all within 5 kilometers of the cellar. Though a Cahors wine only needs to be 70% Auxerrois to get the appellation, Julien believes it is the only grape suitable for what he's trying to accomplish. In such he has consciously avoided planting the traditional Negrette and Tannat and completely eschewed the more recent trend of planting Bordeaux varietals.
The fruit for the entry-level Pur comes from seven different Combel sites totalling 8.5 hectares around their home village of Cournou, which lies on the Causse Calcaire, a limestone plateau in Cahors at 320-350 meters in elevation. Planted on clay-limestone soils, the vines are certified-organic (in conversion to biodynamic farming), average 30 years old and are kept to a modest 40 hl/ha yield. The wine is aged on its lees in cement through the winter and bottled unfiltered in the spring. Sulfur throughout vinification and aging is minimal.
Chateau Combel-la-Serre Cahors “Le Pur Fruit du Causse” is medium in body with a dark purple color. It offers complex aromas of ripe plum, blackcurrant and mocha combined with spicy notes. This Malbec reveals ripe tannins supported by a good fruit concentration and layers of sweet spices and vanilla.
Enjoy Chateau Combel-la-Serre Cahors “Le Pur Fruit du Causse” with veal chops, roast duck, creamy pastas and aged cheeses.

The Chateau Buena Vista wines honor the estate’s original foundation in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys as well as the influence and prominence that Buena Vista Winery holds in establishing Napa and Sonoma as the preeminent wine regions of California.

Until, we tasted this fruit. We fell in love. Why? Delicious, bright, fresh fruit flavors on the nose and palate. Russian River Valley, California
The Wine Independent 96 points!
Hartford Family Winery was founded in 1994 as a result of Don and Jennifer Hartford’s appreciation for the wines, the people, and the unique vineyards near their Russian River Valley home. Located in the Sonoma County town of Forestville, the winery is about 15 miles from the cool Pacific Coast.
Proprietors Don and Jenny Hartford tend this 100+-year-old vineyard located on seven acres along Wood Road in the Russian River AVA of Sonoma County. The vineyard is head-pruned and produces low yields of about 1 ton / acre. Most vines produce only several clusters of intensely flavored grapes each year. The Hartford Vineyard has also been farmed using organic and biodynamic practices since 2004. Aged for 10 months in 100% French oak, 42% new. Only 265 cases produced.
"Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2022 Hartford Zinfandel soars with notes of rose oil, star anise, kirsch, and raspberry pie leading to a core of stewed red plums and incense. The medium to full-bodied palate has a refreshing backbone and lightly chewy texture, finishing with lovely purity and a red berry lift. Don and Jennifer Hartford tend this head-trained vineyard in the backyard of their home. Planted over 100 years ago, the Hartford Vineyard’s vines are the lowest yielding of all of their Old Vine Zinfandel vineyards." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, The Wine Independent, April 2024, 96 points!

Pago de Carraovejas Ribera del Duero is a beautiful Spanish red from one of Spain's most highly respected wine regions, Ribera del Duero. Pago de Carraovejas is origin. Starting with its first nine hectares, this project soon became a dream of becoming a benchmark wine cellar in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. It all began over three decades ago, when Pago de Carraovejas was founded in response to a dream by José María Ruiz to create a great wine in one of the areas that had the greatest potential at that time.
“The 2020 Pago de Carraovejas was produced with a blend of 92% Tinto Fino (a.k.a. Tempranillo), 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Merlot. 2020 was a good vintage for them. They harvested earlier (but the wine still has 15% alcohol), all in small boxes and 3,000-kilogram containers, and they are also using 600-liter oak barrels and oak vats for the élevage. It has an expressive nose of ripe berries, sweet spices and some toast and is lush and creamy, with a soft texture. It's powerful in the house style, but there's balance and harmony. They produced some 800,000 bottles.”-Luis Gutierrez, Wine Advocate, 93 points!
Pago de Carraovejas Ribera del Duero has been the flagship wine of this winery for over 30 years. The 2020 vintage was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. It is long and rich on the finish.

To achieve this goal, its founder Roberto Luka chose Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, one of the most prestigious regions to produce high quality wines. The wines started to sell worldwide in 2004 and succeeded in reaching more than 25 countries.

In the palate it presents a sweet and generous start, full and concentrated body with a persistent and elegant finish.
“There's a sensation of a little more ripeness in the 2020 Synthesis Malbec, reflecting a warmer year. It was bottled in May 2021. Finca Sophenia has obtained the organic certification for their vineyards and winery after a transition of three years. Sauternes, Bordeaux, France
Chateau Romer Sauternes Grand Cru Classé is a delicious dessert wine from the most prestigious region for dessert wines—Sauternes. Founded in the 17th century by the Montalier family, sharing its early history with that of Château Romer du Hayot. In 1855, the estate was named Château Romer and was classified as a second growth. In 1911, 12 acres of the estate was sold to Roger Farges, and this land became the current Château Romer, which stayed in the Farges family for the next century. In 2002, Anne Farges restarted winemaking at Château Romer, with the 2002 vintage the first to reappear under the château's own name. The property has since been taken over by Maison François Janoueix, which takes the greatest care in maintaining this vineyard.
Chateau Romer Sauternes is a blend of 90% Semillon, 5% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle. Only 3.5 ha are currently in production, making just 6,000 bottles annually. Traditional vinification in French oak barrels, followed by aging in barrels for 12 to 18 months. Showing freshness as much as richness, this is a honey-and-lemon flavored wine. While it has weight, the acidity cuts the texture, keeping the richness in balance. For long term aging.
In addition to the classic pairing of Sauternes with foie gras, Chateau Romer Sauternes Grand Cru Classé is great for aperitifs and to finish off meals of white meats, fish, or with pastries. Serve chilled at 51 to 53F.

Gran Famiglia Bianchi Corte is a beautiful Malbec blend from Argentina’s Uco Valley. The family-owned Bianchi winery is situated in the sub-regions of both the Uco Valley and San Rafael. In the Uco Valley, in Los Chacayes in the northwest of Argentina, the high and deep valleys of the majestic Andes Mountains lend a particular environment to the region’s grapes. Situated along the Tunuyán River, alluvial soils ensure the necessary water needed for the vineyard’s irrigation. It’s a rocky area, too, which gives the wines a mineral character with three-dimensional aromatics. All the vineyards sit between 2700 – 3900 ft above sea level, well above the fog line for long bouts of sunlight, perfect for phenolic ripeness and maturity.
Gran Famiglia Bianchi Corte is a blend of 59% Malbec, 23% Petit Verdot, 11% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Tannat. It is deep in color with purplish hues. On the nose, intense aromas of red berries, plums, and violets. There are also mentholated notes, spices, and quince touches provided by the Merlot. The Petit Verdot adds an exotic touch, as does a note of very ripe red pepper from the Cabernet Sauvignon. There are also mineral notes that are typical of the region, and vanilla notes indicating the wine’s aging in French oak. Great body and structure, with sweet tannins that will continue ripening. Persistent finish. Good aging potential.
“The complex nose presents notes of plum and violets with hints of blackcurrant, balsam and country herbs over aromas from the aging process.” Vinous, 91 points!

Dubbed Laberinto for the labyrinth-inspired row plantings in his 23 hectares under vine, Rafael Tirado established the winery in 1993 in the easternmost corner of the Maule Valley, nestled in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, after previously serving as winemaker for several larger Chilean wineries in the Maipo Valley. Rafa is widely considered to be one of the most seminal figures in the modern history of Chilean winemaking and younger winemakers across South America, from Pedro Parra to Sebastian Zucciardi, mention his name in reverence. The name Traful is a Mapuche word that means "union" and specifically the union and connection with nature and all its transformations. Wine of course comes from grapes grown in nature and then transformed by nature into wine. Traful is also the name of a beautiful lake in Patagonia that is a very popular destination for holidays for Argentines and it is a lake full of delicious fish! This is a young fruit driven Malbec. The grapes ferment with native yeasts in stainless steel with gentle maceration. The fruit then spends 3 months in used large French oak vats ranging in size from 2,500-5,000 liters to gain some volume in the mouth and a touch of wood flavor before back into tank to age further before bottling.
Ecologically farmed with no herbicides or pesticides used. All vines are ungrafted and on original root stocks.
Enjoy Traful Malbec over the next 5-7 years with steak, burgers, grilled salmon, and rich vegetable dishes.

Mathilde fruit liqueurs are handcrafted French spirits produced from our cherished forefathers’ recipes. Today, Maison Ferrand painstakingly oversees the production of Mathilde liqueurs and strives to transmit its ancestral savoir-faire, year after year. The farmers who grow the fruits for Mathilde are guided by traditional farming techniques and harvest only the freshest fruits at their peak ripeness to ensure we capture the most palatable flavors.
The result is a fancy liqueur from France, wonderfully adaptable for mixing in cocktails, using in baking and cooking like our grandmothers did, drizzling on fruits and desserts, mixing with soda water and so many more variations.
Mathilde liqueurs are entirely natural – no stabilizers or preservatives are added, ever.
Cassis has been referred to as the “Elixir of life” since the 18th century. Cassis liqueur has been made across several regions in France for decades. Some of the finest blackcurrant berries are found in Burgundy and are called Noir de Bourgogne, and we use those as well as berries from the Loire Valley, called the Royal de Naples.
Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants have excellent aromatic qualities and are considered the tastiest blackcurrants to eat. We also use the Royal de Naples, which have a soft, sweet flavor.
