But the palate tells a more complex story, opening with oak and vanilla before rounding to dark fruit, a fleeting hint of pineapple and dusty cocoa powder. Cinnamon and cayenne sparks emerge on the long, warming finish. Made primarily with Barbados rum blended with a smaller amount of older Jamaican rum (aged 10 to 15 years)..June/2019
